Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of alfafinder.com, news.alfafinder.com, our Telegram alert channels, and every other service we offer (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Alfa Finder Private Limited (CIN: U63119RJ2025PTC105632), referred to here as "ALFA Finder", "we", "us" or "our".

By creating an account, starting a free trial, paying for a plan or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these conditions.

ALFA Finder monitors publicly available corporate announcements and filings from BSE and NSE, uses technology including artificial intelligence to summarise and classify them, and delivers alerts on stocks you choose to track (Info Alert) or on filings our system tags as significant (ALFA Alert). We also publish market pages and news articles based on the same public information.

Alerts depend on exchange websites, messaging platforms such as Telegram, internet connectivity and automated processing. We work to deliver them quickly and accurately, but we do not guarantee that every announcement will be captured, that any alert will arrive within a particular time, or that any summary will be free of errors.

Everything we provide is for information only. We do not give investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the Services is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We are not acting as your investment adviser or research analyst.

Investments in securities are subject to market risks. Always verify information with the original filing on the BSE or NSE website and consult a qualified adviser before making any investment decision. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions and their results. Our Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

• Give accurate, current information when you sign up (such as your name, email address, phone number and Telegram account) and keep it up to date.
• Each account is for one person. Do not share your account, login links or alert channels with anyone else.
• Keep your login links, devices and Telegram account secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.
• Tell us immediately at info@alfafinder.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may offer a free trial for a limited period. When a trial ends, alerts for paid features stop unless you choose a paid plan.

Plan names, features, prices and billing periods are shown on our Plans page and at checkout. Prices may be shown in Indian Rupees or another currency depending on your region, and applicable taxes such as GST will be added where required.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. If you set up AutoPay, you authorise us, through Razorpay, to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel AutoPay at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may change our prices or plans. Any price change will apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it takes effect so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling AutoPay, write to info@alfafinder.com within 15 days of the charge with your registered phone number or email address and the payment details. We will review every request in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund you are entitled to under applicable law.

We may run a referral programme and give credits or other rewards for eligible referrals. Rewards follow the programme rules shown in your dashboard at the time of the referral. Credits have no cash value unless we expressly say otherwise, cannot be transferred, and may be withheld or reversed if they were earned through fake accounts, self-referrals or other abuse. We may change or end the programme at any time.

You agree not to:

• Copy, forward, resell, republish or redistribute our alerts, summaries or other content, including to Telegram or WhatsApp groups and channels, websites, apps or social media, without our written permission.
• Scrape, crawl or use bots or other automated means to access the Services or extract data from them.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts belonging to others.
• Use the Services to spread false or misleading information, to manipulate the market, or for any other unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, offers or referral rewards.

The ALFA Finder name and logo, our website, software, designs, alert formats, summaries, articles and other content we create belong to Alfa Finder Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial use while your account is in good standing. Original exchange filings and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

The Services rely on and link to services we do not control, including BSE, NSE, Telegram, WhatsApp, Razorpay and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or actions.

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account, without refund of any unused period, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services; if we discontinue a paid Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALFA Finder and its directors, officers, employees and partners are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including delayed, missed or inaccurate alerts.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alfa Finder Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. For significant changes we will give notice on the website or through our communication channels. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.
