Alert glossary
Our alerts reach you seconds after a company files with NSE or BSE, and they are dense on purpose. This page defines all 72 labels we use, across the three kinds of alert we send — so nothing in a message is ever a guess.
Sent when — A company files something material with NSE or BSE.
The everyday ALFA alert. A company publishes an announcement on the exchange, we read the PDF or XML, classify what kind of event it is, and send you the filing alongside the numbers you need to judge whether it matters.
Sent when — A company publishes its quarterly or half-yearly results.
When results are filed we pull the numbers straight out of the statement and lay three periods side by side, so you can see the trend without opening the PDF. Every figure is in ₹ crore.

📉 Price & Volume Metrics
Sent when — A company publishes an earnings call transcript or investor presentation.
Management says things on earnings calls that never appear in the results statement — guidance, order book, pricing power, what went wrong. We read the full transcript or presentation and pull out the parts that move a stock.
📉 Price & Volume Metrics
• Sri Lotus Developers reports Q1 FY27 revenue growth of 116%. Focus remains on Mumbai luxury redevelopment, maintaining a debt-free, net cash balance sheet.
Price, volume, market cap, P/E and RSI are market data points supplied to us, and the financial figures are read out of the company's own filing. Every alert carries a link to that original document, and it is the authority whenever the two disagree. None of it is investment advice — see our disclaimer for the full position.
