Ruchira Papers re-appointed Sanjay Kumar Garg & Associates as Cost Auditors and K.M. Aggarwal & Co. as Internal Auditors. Both appointments are for a twelve-month term.
Ruchira Papers approved the appointment of Sh. Jatinder Singh as Managing Director and Smt. Shashi Garg as a Whole-Time Director. Additionally, Sh. Subhash Chander Garg and Sh. Deepan Garg were designated as Chairman and Co-Chairman, respectively. These leadership changes follow the demise of the previous MD to strengthen management.
