Pennar Industries re-appointed R Krishna & Associates as internal auditors and Kandikonda & Associates as cost auditors. Both appointments are effective April 2026 for twelve months.
Pennar Industries' board approved a ₹50.4 Crore preferential warrant issue to promoter Pennar Holdings Private Limited. The board also re-appointed Mr. RVS Ramakrishna as an Independent Director and noted the resignation of director Mr. P V Rao. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for May 8, 2026, to seek shareholder approval.
