Midwest Gold Ltd has received the Regional Director's approval for the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Midwest Energy Private Limited, into itself. The merger, effective from July 1, 2025, aims to integrate complementary mining and energy battery businesses. No new shares will be issued as the transferor is a 100% subsidiary.
