KPIT Technologies Acquisition Worth ₹855 Cr

KPIT Technologies approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Israel-based Cymotive Technologies LTD for an expected total consideration between ₹570 Crore and ₹1,140 Crore. The transaction will proceed in tranches, starting with a ₹95 Crore initial investment, and is expected to conclude by mid-2029, strengthening KPIT's automotive cybersecurity capabilities.
