Info Edge agreed to invest up to Rs.150 Crore in wholly-owned subsidiary Redstart Labs (India) Limited via equity shares in tranches. Redstart remains a wholly-owned subsidiary after the investment.

Info Edge approved a Rs. 100 crore equity investment in its wholly owned subsidiary SIHL. The initial tranche of Rs. 25 crore is being executed now, with the balance in tranches within a year.
