Hexaware Technologies Limited completed an internal merger of its wholly owned US subsidiaries, Softcrylic LLC and Hexaware Technologies Inc, effective May 1, 2026. The entities had a combined FY2025 turnover of ₹5897.45 Crore. This consolidation aims to leverage complementary technology services under unified management without changing the parent company's ultimate ownership.
