Greenply Industries Limited announced a ₹15 Crore investment in its joint venture, Greenply Samet Private Limited. The acquisition of shares, to be executed in tranches during FY 2026-27, will support the JV's CAPEX and working capital needs. Greenply will maintain its 50% shareholding in the venture, which manufactures functional furniture hardware.
