Fujiyama Power Systems Limited will invest ₹5.01 Crore in 833 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of associate company Zayo Energy Private Limited to strengthen its value chain.
Fujiyama Power Systems Limited approved the acquisition of a 31% stake in Zayo Energy Private Limited and Zayo Cables Private Limited for ₹0.0062 Crore. Following the acquisition, both entities will become associate companies. The transaction, expected to complete within 30 days, aims to facilitate backward integration and strengthen the company's solar panel component value chain.
