Diensten Tech Limited's board approved a ₹4.59 Crore fundraise via the preferential issuance of 3,98,800 fully convertible warrants at ₹115 each. The issue targets 12 investors, including Abhishek Singhania and Vipul Prakash. Upon full conversion, the company's paid-up share capital will increase to ₹8.66 Crore.
