CESC's subsidiary Purvah Green Power signed a 25-year PPA with Prism Johnson for a 49.5 MW wind project. Prism Johnson will invest Rs. 40 Crore for a 26.5% stake.

CESC Limited has signed 25-year Power Purchase Agreements for 600 MW of wind-solar hybrid power. Contracts were awarded to Vismaya Renewables (100MW), Hexa Climate (100MW), Purvah Green Power (300MW), and Sprng Energy (100MW) at tariffs between Rs. 3.74 and Rs. 3.75 per kWh.
