Mahindra Lifespaces reported FY26 consolidated sales of ₹4,118 crore, marking 25% growth. The company added ₹18,060 crore in Gross Development Value and achieved a PAT of ₹298 crore. Residential collections reached ₹2,107 crore, and a final dividend of ₹3.5 per share was proposed. Performance was driven by strong residential launches and IC&IC leasing activity.
